Job Responsibilities include Interacting with the prospective leads given. Brief the customer about the project and its attributes. Maintain good rapport and customer follow-up to close the sale. Data maintenance, Co-ordinating with the backend team and updating the day to day developments to the reporting manager  
Package: Not a constraint for the deserving candidate (Around 25K + Incentives)
Qualification: M.B.A or Graduate from recognized university
Required Candidate profile: Male candidate with at least 3 - 4 year of relevant experience in residential properties sales with a reputed organization. Good communication skill in English, Hindi and Telugu language is mandatory

 

Job Responsibilities: Handling inbound or outbound calling, maintaining the customer database. Follow up the prospective customer to persuade for a site visit or office. Communication and coordinating with marketing and backend team.  
Package: Not a constraint for the deserving candidate (17k to 20k) Qualification: Any Graduate
Required Candidate profile: Female candidate with at least 3 - 4 year of relevant experience as front office executive, tele-calling or receptionist with a reputed organization. Very good communication skill in English, Hindi and Telugu language is mandatory. Preference will be given to the candidate with call centre experience

Job responsibilities: Complete CRM activities
-Responsible to handle right from booking formality
-Maintaining documentation and records of each customer specifications
-Supporting customers in loan processing formalities
-Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers
-Ensure on-time payment of agreed instalments as per agreed payment schedule
-Coordinating between company & customers to maintain customer satisfaction intact throughout
-Handing over the process and ensure payments if any.

Experience: Min 2 years in the Realty industry
