An alumnus of the prestigious University of South California, Los Angeles, with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate sector, Karteesh as the CEO brings to the table in-depth technical and business understanding for GHR Infra. He wears many hats and has an overall experience of 10 years in industries namely hospitality, healthcare and infra.
V. Shyam Sunder Reddy | Managing Partner
Having majored in law, he has been testing the waters of the real estate industry for over 27 years now. His widespread experience and astute business understanding has him donning the hat of a key Managing Partner with us at GHR Infra. His key role involves laying a solid foundation for the organization while subsequently upscaling GHR to the next level of growth and innovation.

A driven entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the IT and real estate sector, he is presently serving as the Managing Partner at GHR Infra. His expertise in driving product development & technology management teams in start-ups and growing organizations, is a true asset for us. Shailender Reddy | Partner
With an overall experience of 13 years in the IT and real estate sector, he is one of the key partners at GHR Infra. His proficiency in all aspects of the real estate business comes with extensive experience in administration, business and project management. He is keenly focused on accountability and transparency in business, and brings a great degree of diligence to the team that is required to propel GHR Group to newer heights.
K. Rushendra Babu | Managing Partner
K. Rushendra Babu a prudent entrepreneur, holds the chair of Managing Partner at GHR Infra. He comes with over 15 years of profound experience in real estate and IT sectors. He completed his master’s in Business Management from Osmania University and has in depth understanding of business nuances especially the real estate. He adds value to us with his visionary thoughts, critical thinking and people management skills, thus to the growth of organization.
